LONDON WINE WEEK
This year will see the first annual London Wine Week. The seven day celebration will take place from 2-8 June. Carnaby will be in the centre of it all, with Kingly Court hosting the only central London ticket hub.
You can expect; plenty of tasting opportunities, to learn about and enjoy premium wines by the glass in more than 130 of the capital’s finest bars and restaurants for just £5 each. Get a wristband for £10 for access to self-guided wine tours, masterclasses, meet the maker sessions and discounts on your favourite bottles throughout the week.
The Riedel Hub at Kingly Court
Collect pre-ordered wristbands or buy yours here, plus grab yourself a pocket-sized guide book which maps out all the venues taking part. There’s also a pop-up bar with a twist, as its wine week the aim is to learn as much as possible so the first lesson starts here and will give you the chance to experience how glass size and shape can affect the flavour by ordering by glassware rather than the wine.
Fast Fizz
Enjoy a lunch break wine tasting in Kingly Court brought to you by London Wine Week
You are invited to London Wine Week's, ‘Fast Fizz’, a speed wine tasting event from 1.00 - 1.30pm on Friday 6 June. The 30 minute event fits in perfectly into your lunch break where you can join BBC wine expert, Jane Parkinson to sample 3 English wines that show why England is now a serious wine producing country.

Drop in and ticketed sessions covering everything from weird wines to liquid lunches to late-night learnings so there’s something for everyone.
Weird wines – the unexpected hotshots. Friday 8pm
90 mins with 8 truly unique wines and nibbles. Tickets are £45.
It’s a match! Thurs 1pm
45 mins wine and food pairing class, cover 6 different combos to find matches made in heaven. Tickets are £25.
Taste it like a boss. Sat 1pm
45 mins liquid lunch tasting session. Sample 6 wines in less than an hour ready for the rest of LWW. Tickets are £25
The aperitivo house. Weds & Sat 5pm, Fri 6pm
60 mins wine, cocktail and canapé session to start to the evening. Enjoy 6 wines/cocktails and canaepes in this apertitivo hour. Tickets are £35.
Whats in a name? Weds 7pm
90 mins lesson of how European wines got their names and why they are famous across the world. Tickets are £45.
Champagne – The wine of kings. Thurs & Sat 7pm
90 mins of luxury tasting. Try 8 of the best champagnes with canapés and interactive tasting plates. Tickets are £75.
The cheese course for champs. Weds & Fri 10pm
90 mins of late night indulging in 6 of the world’s tastiest cheeses with 8 of the perfectly paired wines. Tickets £50.
Late night delights. Thurs & Sat 10pm
90 mins with 8 dessert wines. Enjoy matching wines with cheeses and desserts. Tickets are £50.
And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, six of Carnaby’s restaurants are taking part in the week-long event. Kingly Court’s Shoryu Carnaby, Whyte & Brown, Wright Brothers Soho & Shampers are all involved as well as Antidote in Newburgh Street and Dehesa in Ganton Street.
